A couple of Christmasses ago I made a gorgeous roast onion dish from a recipe I got from a magazine. I usually cut out and save favourite recipes but can't find this one anywhere. All I can remember is it had red onions, thyme and a cheesy topping. I guess I could make it up, but if anyone has a link to a similar sounding recipe, I'd be very grateful! I've tried googling but mostly onion tarts come up.
