frozen peas, can you refreeze them once you have cooked them

did a lovely fish pie yesterday and used frozen peas, had some left over which i froze for dd for another day, but then thought maybe not such a good idea with the peas

if it was me eating it I wouldn't even bother asking and would def refreeze, however as its dd who is only 9mths......

and it was the first fish pie I have ever ever cooked (infact I did my first lasagne weekend gone) and both of them were fab Grin I shall hopefully be able to do them in my sleep soon

Yes, peas are fine to refreeze. At least that's waht it says in AK cookbook and I've been doing that for dd for ages now with no ill effects, hth.
