Dh prefers lamb all falling of the bone in the slow cooker so I normally do a shoulder. But I have a leg.

Chuck in slowcooker with a stock/gravy made of sliced onions,little garlic, stock, stout and a blob of honey?
What do you think? Yes or no?
I want something easy today as was attending poorly ds last night.
