Twelve coming to Sunday lunch what can I cook?

We've invited our family to lunch on Sunday to celebrate my birthday. I need ideas on what I can cook that is easy to eat with forks on laps as we cannot seat all twelve at one table so have opted for a hot buffet style meal.
Previously I have done coronation chicken and casserole with jacket potatoes so would prefer to steer clear of those. Thank you

Nigellas 24hr pork, a whole shoulder (maybe 4-5kg), rubbed with sherry vinegar, grated ginger, chilli, in a v v hot oven skin side up for 30mins, turn oven down to about 110deg and pork skin side down, for 20-24hrs, then skin up and hot for half an hr again to crisp up. Amazing.

Serve with stuffing and apple sauce, poss baked pots, and bread rolls, like a hog roast Smile

If its your birthday, my suggestion would be that you give them directions to the nearest, nicest pub, and meet them there. Grin
