dont forget it is self raising flour or you need to add baking powder

or if you want metric then 100g od every thing else!

50g per egg

or you can be REALLY technical and weigh the egg before you break and use exactly the same weight as you eggs Wink personally i dont bother with that and just do 100g of everything else Wink

Shock @ weighing eggs. We did them and they turned out OK, to say DS was eating a tomato at the same time.
