I have studded some chicken breasts with garlic and lemon zest, browned them off and popped them in the SC. Then I put a tbsp of whole grain mustard and a tbsp of honey in the pan and added the juice of a lemon. Brought to the boil, poured over the chicken and its all currently bubbling away on low. 20 mins before tea time I'll pop some chopped parsley and double cream in too. Then I think I'll serve the lot over some buttered tagliatelle.
