Should I do a layer of avocado or peeled cubed seedless tomato? Is for dinner party where want something can do in advance and have had this in restaurant before with toasted ciabatta and a small salad and thought was nice, not too heavy but looked like effort made.
Am terribly indecisive though and swing between this and creamed mushrooms on brioche but beef Wellington for main and think maybe too heavy on the mushrooms!
