Excited about my lunchbox but hopes dashed by soggy sarnies

Any ideas on how I can stop the bread going soggy in my packed lunch cottage cheese sarnie?

Put the cottage cheese in a small tub, and make the sandwich just before you eat it.

Use something like pitta bread which doesn't sog in the same way as normal bread - you can taost it before you add your cheese as well.

Both brilliant ideas... thank you for ending my soggy loaf woes.

If you're being healthy this won't help - but a thin layer of butter or marg stops it soaking through without fail in my experience...
