What shall I do with them? The internet suggests they are a delicacy but there are few recipes available.

Thy are divine. Boil them in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Drain, pick out. Eat. Tast of a cross between lobster and clams. They're called percebes in Spain, we used to et mountains of hem when in season.
