There is a lot of talk about flavoured vodka, is there anything I could do to brandy?

I'm making Turkish delight vodka for my mother and was thinking of the Xmas pudding vodka for a friend but she prefers brandy so is there anyway I could jazz up brandy?

Why does your friend "prefer" brandy? The added flavours usually overpower the initial spirit flavour anyway.... or does she just not get on well with vodka?

I have made blackcurrant gin, which is tasting great so far, and no hint of gin flavour at all (not that that would be a problem for me, but some people don't like gin).

I'm sure you could make the christmas pudding liqueur with brandy instead of vodka, if you really wanted to.
Or plum or cherry brandy? I've added prunes to my xmas pudding vodka, to give it more depth of flavour, sure that would work well with brandy too.

If she likes brandy, I would give her some brandy!

I like vodka - I would not like it infested with a range of cheap sweets, as seems v popular on MN.

oranges/mandarins go really well with brandy.

If you can get them, some chunks of sliced quinces give brandy a good flavour.
