Some are completely black ?

What do I do? Feels very bad to waste them.

Do I freeze them?

cut in chunks and freeze. Use them for smoothies with milk and berries- healthy and delicious.

250g of plain flour
1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
a pinch of salt
115g butter (I use unsalted but if you only have salted in just leave out the pinch of salt)
115g of dark brown soft sugar
2 beaten eggs
500g of mashed, over-ripe bananas

Cream the butter and sugar together and then incorporate the eggs and banana (you can do this in a blender if you want)

Combine with dry ingredients and pour into loaf tin

Bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour or maybe a few minutes more depending on the oven.

Leave it to cool in the tin for a few minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack.

Easy, peasy Grin
