what can I do with a bag of raddishes?

Hi, I bought a bag of raddishes yesterday because they looked good, but I don't really know what to do with them. Ideas please!!

I top and tail them and pop them in DC's lunchboxes.

Grate in to salad. I sometimes cut them very fine and put in ham sandwiches

Radish Dip for Vegetables & Crackers-
4 cloves of peeled Garlic
6 Radishes-quartered
2 packages of Cream Cheese, softened
Salt...to taste
Pulse everything in your Food Processor.Add Salt to your taste.

Radish Salad-
2 tsp.Sugar. 1 juiced Lemon. 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
8 Radishes,thinly sliced. 2 Apples,quartered & sliced Thin
1/2 of a seedless Cucumber,sliced thin. 1 and 1/2 T.Dill. S &.P.
Combine Sugar,Lemon juice and Sour Cream,in a bowl-with a fork.
Add Rads,Apples and Cukes.Stir well.
Add Dill, Salt and Pepper,to taste. Toss again-Serve chilled a bit.

Little dish of butter. Little dish of sea salt. Dip a radish in butter then salt. Eat. Even better with big piece of 'proper' crusty bread.

Make or buy a dip, wash and trim the radishes leaving a small stem, dunk the radishes in the dip and munch up while sipping a Pimms and pretending it is summer.
