i've probably already asked this and I now have cornflour but...

I have put every thing into the casserole dish and its cooking away but I need to thicken the sauce Blush sorry i know I have asked this already, should I add the cornflour now or add it just before its ready

Dunno I just cook with flour at the beginning and it thickens

I have a BIG casserole dish and when I use cornfour to thinken I use 1 heaped tablespoon mixed with water. add it about 45 minutes before you serve it.
