I used to buy in water all the time, but then i started noticing a rank smell everytime i opened a tin so have gone back to brine.

Tesco do tuna in spring water (whatever that is) but not all Tescos, and not our nearest either! so we have to stockpile it whenever we go to another tesco!

Mind you just realised you are not Browney lol and live the other side of Liverpool but I know tesco definately sell it most of the time so maybe you could try there.
