Can I freeze two tubs of mascarpone cheese?

Bought them to make a pudding but have made a different one instead....at £1.70 a tub I really don't want to waste them....

Yup, mascarpone freezes OK, just be sure to whip it thoroughly after you defrost it and it should be fine.
