I have a big piece of naice ham.

I thought I'd boil it and finish in the oven with some marmalade or black treacle to glaze.
What to serve with it for an easy lunch for 6 people?
Jacket potatoes? Focaccia?
I haven't got any salad, due to bad planning, and nearest supermarket 10 miles away but will drive if you insist.

Could do a nice homemade potato salad with mayo, grain mustard, little bit of oil and chopped spring onions?

Orrrr potatoes dauphinoise? Bit of a faff if there are six of you but they'll love you forever.

Well it's just a big joint from a good butcher rather than a plastic supermarket one.
Anyway I've made focaccia sprinkled with sun dried tomato, and a potato salad is a great idea as I do have some spring onions in the fridge and chives and parsley in the garden.
