Brown bread ice cream. Way nicer than it sounds. I use the Cookery Year recipe. Sorry don't have a link but I'm sure if you Google... You don't need an ice cream maker. Or just mix in crushed up Crunchie bars and freeze it (bit disgusting but yummy).

200ml double cream (or more, just double/triple/quadruple other quantities as needed)
3 egg yolks
60 g sugar
6-8 biscuits, crushed (ginger nuts or anything cinnamony/spiced works well)

Whip the cream until almost stiff. Whisk the eggs with the sugar over a pan of hot water, heating very gently, until thick and creamy. Mix everything up, put it in a plastic tub and stick it in the freezer for a few hour until set. Makes lovely dessert.

THIS fudge recipe

I have made it loads of times, and it is absolutely bloody gorgeous.

You can taste every single calorie but it is so worth it.
