Bagels

Have just bought bagels for the first time ever. Please give me some inspiration as to what I can top them with. I Havd cheese and jalapeño ones and raisin and cinnamon ones

Also do I always need to toast them ?

Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs is for toasted muffins, not bagels.

I like them toasted with:

peanut butter
bacon
jam
cream cheese

YABU for buying naff, chewy bagels from a supermarket.
