and that's just for the kids - if I can eat the meal too, then it needs to be no corn on top of that lot and no carrots or parsnips!

I developed several food sensitivities too and was delighted to discover buckwheat noodles and rice noodles in health food shops.
Also, quinoa (I buy the flakes for convenience) and barley couscous (in Sainsburys - 'Belazu'.
Millet flakes are useful too.
I eat quite a lot of sweet potatoes and I'm fine with eating the yolks of hard boiled eggs.

We make a really delish chicken dish but we do use soya milk - scratching my head to think whether there's another way round it for you... For family meals we're avoiding dairy (one child allergic and another intolerant), tomatoes, anything with seeds in, nuts, and egg only in small quantities. Needless to say, we don't eat out much Grin
The chicken thing I make is mushrooms, garlic, onions or shallots and peppers fried slightly in oil (we use olive) add a tiny bit if curry spice, salt, pepper, lemon juice & the cold chicken, then make sauce - this is where we come unstuck as I use a bit of soya milk. Maybe try rice milk or coconut milk? Or do I need to check the list again?! Then bung the lot in a big dish, df cheese over the top, croutons (little squares of bread tossed in melted df marg) on the top, stick it in the oven and leave it til the croutons go brown. We usually serve with rice or potatoes.
Good luck Grin otherwise I reckon you're on salad (minus the tomatoes) Wink
