Hi
I have 15 adults and 10 kids coming over on Sunday for dd2 birthday.

I have decided to do lasagne and shepherds pie. Only because I can cook it all beforehand and won't have to spend much time in the kitchen cooking it when guests are here.

I have a big slow cooker. Does anyone have any idea's of what whole meal I can cook in the slow cooker? I dn't want to be cooking rice, potatoe's etc. when the guests are here. I just want something in one pot that I can dish out or better still guests can help themselves to.

Thanks.

I have a recipe for a carribean (sp?) chicken dish that has rice in it so it's a meal in one. It's from the Sara Lewis slow cooker book. We all love it. Trouble is my scanner isn;t working and I don't have time to type it all out (sorry) but you could try and find it on line.
