I desperately need ideas for sauces that don't include or rely on to make the final dish...
gluten, tomato, cheese, soy, eggs, (dairy apart from yoghurt)!
so far I have:
- Roasted pepper sauce with olive oil, coriander and garlic
- Coriander, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, ginger, yoghurt
- Sesame oil, olive oil, lemon juice, fish sauce, coriander, mint
