I think that sounds great personally. Maybe alternate the chicken with fish sometimes and occasionally have salad instead of veg and try and keep the fruit and veg varied.

Good luck.

I always recommend this site, but I personnally think that it is brilliant! It assisted me in loosing the two stone that I put on during my pregnancy and I am now much healthier!

www.weightlossresources.co.uk

You tell it how much you weigh/measure and how much you want to weight, it then tells you how many cals you can have per day. You enter everything you eat and drink into your food diary and it tells you the exact cal, fat, carb, protein etc content. So you know exactly what you are having every day! Perfect! There is a 3 day free trial, have a look! Good luck, x

to be honest it looks like youmight not be getting enough calories...

if you have too few your body thinks there is famine and stores it differently.

Are you having LOTS of rice / porridge

Nat777 · 16/03/2006 13:05

I agree with NannyL, if you dont have enough cals, your body goes into starvation mode and you wont loose any weight. The below site told me to have 1100 a day, which is the lowest they recommend.

thats for all your help - Nat - will look at that site thanks - nannyL, I do tend to have fairly large portions of rice and porridge and also 2 slices of bread with the soup - do you still think it is too little?

If I ate that, and left out the bread at lunch, the weight would DROP off me
