I like her a lot... but is she sponsored by Saxo? Salt, salt and more salt - even in her fairy cakes. Bread aparently 'needs lots of salt' as without it bread is terrible.

Come on Lo, if you ate your own recipes you'd be the size of a bus and have had a stroke by the tine you were 40.

its all in moderation.....your only going to consume less than a few specks. Yes salt does add flavour. I disagree if you only eat small portions then its not a concern, it the over consumption.

I want to know what bras she wears under those super skinny tops - I could wear bright white tops and cook!
