I've got about 1lb and I reckon there will easily be another 1lb ready next week.

What to make that's not crumble or jam?!

If they're either very sweet, or have a decent bramble-y flavour that can be helped along with sugar, my favourite thing to do with them (aside from eating them) is ice cream. Can't lay hands on the recipe at the moment, but if you have an icecream maker (or a deep freezer, large tuperware, a fork and a strong arm) it's well worth it. You'll need whipping cream, not any other sort, which is best for icecream. It's a non-custard one, so pretty easy, and absolutely delicious! I'll see if I can find a recipe. HFW also has a recipe for blackberry granita (I think) in one of his River Cottage books.
