roasted brocolli and cauliflower - can anyone link to the recipe?

I don't know about a recipe - but I think I posted on this once. Very finely slice a cauliflower so it looks like lace, don't worry if the bits fall apart. Spread on baking tray. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle olive oil over liberally and place in very hot, preheated oven for about 20 mins - keep an eye as should be crispy but not burned. Even brussel sprouts work like this. Divine.
