I have loads of lamb in the freezer (shoulder & leg) need more recipes to cook eith bone in or chopped. Needs to be very tasty.

We like tangine but need more inspiration.

What about other slow cook tasty recipes for beef & chicken?

I do a cracking Jamie Oliver goulash for pork and its such a hit but have no pork at moment and I only buy direct off farm.

I like to cook large pots so cook one and freeze one. I do loads of cooking but struggle to find something different.

Haha, I was about to give you my tagine recipe :)

Good pairings for lamb are red wine, rosemary, garlic, redcurrants...what about a casserole incorporating those flavours? Brown the lamb, add wine/stock with seasonings, cook until melting, stir in some redcurrant jelly.

Roast leg of lamb in a slow oven is delicious; I make a paste of anchovies, rosemary and garlic and rub it all over then do at about Gas 3 for a few hours.
