Have made some fairy cakes and piped some buttercream on them very badly . I did half with no colouring, then did some pink iced ones, using my of set of gel colours for the first time.
IMFG they are soooo concentrated, aren't they? I used a tiny dab on the handle end of a teaspoon, to about 300g of buttercream, and they are very pink indeed.
If anyone can link me to some good online tutorials for piping I think I need that next
