cauli cheese for dd lunch and its nots defrosted

cooked up some cauli cheese for dd a couple of nights ago, froze what was left over took it out this morning at 8.00 and its still quite a bit frozen, can I still heat it up as normal in the microwave, sorry if it seems a dim question Grin

it is rather nice, used that catherdral cheese and its yummy Grin some how bits seem to fall of the spoon into my mouth

Yes, but make sure it is PIPING hot right through, obv you can leave it cool to suit DD, but you must make sure frozen food is properly cooked.

i do this all the time.. nuke it and then pop it on the window sill with the window open slightly, giving it a little stir. my dd can't wait once she's heard the ping.. none falls into my gob as cheese is the devils food

has your microwave got a defrost function? i use mine to defrost allsorts of things, for at least 10 mins. then zap on high for about a minute, leave to cool.
