a handful of fresh coriander leaves

Method:
put a large casserole type dish on hob on a high heat and add oilive oil, let this heat up then add potatoes, onions carrots, ce;lery , rosemary, cumin, paprika and orange zest and juice and stir together. Cook for one min, then mix around again before adding the meat, chickpeas and tomatoes. Season lightly with salt and pepper and pour over enough water to cover everything. Bring to the boil and put in oven.

SorenLorensen · 10/03/2006 12:17

Apparently Jamie wanted to get his mate Andy who's a gasman into cooking and jamie invented this recipe for him. According to the book Andy was very opposed to cooking and thought the oven would devalue his house so left it in a cellophane wrapper! Grin
