350g 85% dark chocolate
225g unsalted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
190g unrefined sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a square tin (24cmx24cm) with baking paper.
Put the chocolate and butter in a small pan, place it over a bigger pan of simmering water and allow to melt.
Remove the melted chocolate and let it cool off for 5min. Stir in the sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture in the prepared tin. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 mins (you want a firm top with a soft middle)
