Where to find this recipe: tarte a l'huile

How do I find this recipe? It was 1991 February or March, in a saturday supplement, (I rem it cos i was picking up my first car, a big day back then) and I think it was the Independeqnt or the Observer. It was a French apple tart made with a bit of olive oil. So easy, and looked and tasted lovely. I tore the recipe out and had it for years but lost it.

I've tried searching for old papers but get lost in cyberspace trying to do it online. Was a really handy recipe.
