N Ireland foodies - 70th birthday present for fussy person. Help!

My Step-father will be 70 next week and is really hard to buy for - pinickerty(!), high cholestrol, fussy, etc.
We have thought about a foodie present as can't think of anything else but lots of companies don't send from the mainland which is where we are.
Who does nice stuff in N Ireland or would send to N Ireland?

I am relying on the power of MN - please!

Meat, specialist fish - smoked etc. Live by coast so 'ordinary' fish isn't that special (unlike landlocked us!)

What about a voucher for a nice restaurant? Or a voucher for a cookery course? Dependant on the town he lives in. If you dont want to say where he lives, PM me.

Had thought about a meal but again they are fussy about where they like and set in their ways Cookery course would be a non-starter as well though my Mum (and I) would love it - might save that idea.
