Has anyone made jam in a bread maker?

We have a jam setting on ours and I'm quite tempted to try it, we went raspberry picking yesterday and we've got 5lbs of raspberries to use up!

filly you make it sound so easy but I'm sure I'd muck it up. Chucking raspberries and lemon juice in a breadmaker and turning it on is much easier (not forgetting to add the sugar after 15 mins :o). I haven't had any problems cleaning the pan afterwards or pouring it in to the jam jars. My only gripe is the small quantities I can make in one go.

One question for jam makers. My raspberry jam tastes quite lemony. It's lovely, but I only added one tsp lemon juice to 11oz of raspberries but it has slightly over powered the raspberry flavour. Could I just add a tsp of pectin instead and hopefully avoid the lemony flavour?
