Stuffing - quick easy recipe from storecupboard ingrediants to liven up my chicken!

ive got a plain chicken and not stuffing, do you have an easy quick recipe that could liven it up please, only have storecupboard bits to use

I make sage and onion stuffing from half an onion, chopped finely and softened in butter, mixed with bread whizzed in food processor and lots of fresh sage. Bind together with an egg, season with salt and pepper. If you don't have fresh sage I guess dried herbs will do.

Love your recipe funny bird, i will try that because i always rely on a packet for the main stuffing part, I sometimes bung in a chopped up apple and if I've got some sausages in the freezer I'll defrost them, skin them and mix those in too
