Not the real come dine with me... My family and I are having our own competition in centre parcs next week.
We have entrees: breadsticks and jones bread with homemade houmous, tapenade and blue cheese and walnut dip.
Starter: mini welsh rarebit cooked on mushroom and served with homemade green tomato chutney
And dessert we're having something Italian I can't remember the name of.
Any ideas for a main course? I want something no one will have tried before, or a modern twist on a classic. Can't b too time consuming as we have 2dc to look after as well, and I'll only have access to the utensils etc in the lodge.
