Can I thicken curry with cornflower and water?

Please? My tinned toms have made the curry too watery.

I'd cook it longer to reduce the liquid. When I use cornflour and water it just goes gloopy and never seems to cook out properly.

I would cook for longer and reduce otherwise as Fliss said, it will go gloopy.

Its not too bad we are eating some. Will be delish tomorrow when it has thickened up!
