Moist chicken

Right apart from a quick roasted whole chicken, cooked to perfection breasts or stew of legs how to you get your chicken moist and what cuts do you use? as mine is dry otherwise Sad

I've done it loads of times, obv make site its cooked through but seems to work well.

Especially good with chicken wrapped in Bacon. The outside gets all crispy and the inside stays nice and not dry (hate the m word. Blergh)

I put the chicken breasts in the oven with stock. I am going to try some chicken sandwiches with some m&s coronation sauce. Not sure what I will do with the rest, i can't wait to see if its nicer.

Lots of lovely future ideas.
