I've just really got into my cupcake making and so far I make normal buttercream and if I want it white, I use trex instead.
But I've also seen another 'white' frosting in a Christmas Cupcake book and it's called 'Marshmallow Frosting' has anyone made this? What does it taste like and what is it like to pipe with?
Similarly the Meringue buttercream. I guess this comes out more creamy/yellow colour. But what's it like?
