Food for intolerant/allergic babies and children...

I have recently been made redundant and am now working on a recipe book and range of foods for babies and children with allergies and intolerances to foods (personal experience as a mum with a child in this category!). Are there other parents out there who feel that there is a need for this? If so, what would you specifically like to see? In my opinion there are loads of sweet 'free from' items but very little on the savoury front and in particular healthy ready-type meals... Any suggestions/help as I try and develop this idea would be really appreciated!

No experience of children with allergies but I, myself have developed multiple food sensitivities. Ideal products for me are ones that don't have very many different ingredients in them. Eg, multi-grain cereals are never any use or even ones with barley malt extract. Also yeast extract features in LOADS of things that would otherwise be okay. (Am okay with wheat). Even natural colouring is a no no if it comes from carrots - believe it or not. It would be helpful if every last ingredient was listed, eg 'natural flavouring' puts me off buying something.

I have considered this too.

Biggest problem is that there is lots of recipes that cater for the main allergies i.e Milk, Eggs, Nuts etc, but it's hard when you are dealing with the more rarer ones such as beef, lamb, lentils, peas etc.
