So we couldn't wait and have picked some veg from the garden, what's the best way to serve?

Roasted in olive oil? Then serve with a drizzle of Balsamic and some crumbled Feta on the top

All of the above, but put on top of a rolled out sheet of puff pastry, spread thinly with caramelised onion chutney. Yum yum yum. I prefer topping with goats cheese than feta.
