Which is milder Cambezola or dolcelatte?

Hi, round at a friends the other night there was the most delicious cheeseboard but she couldn't remember which was which. The one I really liked and want to buy is more creamy in colour (off white sort of colour) with less blue in it than the other cheese which was properly white and lots of blue through it.

Any cheese experts?

Sounds like Cambozola, that's very creamy. And delicious.

Yes. I think that sounds like the Cambazola.

I would say the cambozola as well - one of my favourites, very sticky and creamy.
