Take it out and let it defrost. It will be fine. Cheese freezes really well.

Should be fine! Might be a bit crumbly when defrosted but still fine. I tend to stock up when they are on offer and haven't had any problems.

yes it'll be fine. I usually grate mine first but it'll still be ok.

I freeze cheese. Milk, Bread. Lots of stuff.
