How to determine P or SR flour from unlabelled jars!?

That's it really, I put the flour in to kilner jars as we have had weevals before and now I don`t know which is which!

Is there any other way apart from a baking test?

Might SR taste slightly different? I'd try tasting some & see if they taste different, then if they do, get new packets of each & see if you could 'match' them.

Or what about mixing with vinegar & seeing if you get a fizz? Again maybe experiment with some known SR?
