Can you make pancakes in advance and reheat them?

I am hosting a pancake party tomorrow night, and would like to make pancakes in advance, then reheat them later. Would prefer to make them in the morning, as am child free then. Would they be safe if I reheat them in oven, and will they taste ok?

Why have I invited so many people round for pancakes?

Yes you can. Stack them on a plate with a layer of greaseproof paper between each one so they don't sitck together.

I might do this too as I have 4 children and the wait between pancakes can get too much for them, the way they wolf them down.

yes and they taste better if rewarmed quickly in the pan
