Fry up with mexican spices onions and peppers and serve in wraps with sour cream and salsa.

Mmm, you lucky woman.

You could make a spanish/brazilian type stew with butter beans and chickpeas and a bit of smoked bacon/salami/chorizo. (some recipes add tinned tomatoes and spinach/greens).

But I'd probably just eat it with salads and stuff like maples says.

ChippyMinton · 25/06/2012 15:53

with chinese sweet & sour sauce and rice

FreeButtonBee · 25/06/2012 15:54

Chop it up into small chunks (about 1cm or so), stir fry with chilli and garlic; serve with egg fried rice and some sort of veg action (maybe steamed bok choi or something).

I thought you couldn't reheat pork? I've been wasting my left over loins all these years Hmm

wimbledonisfuckingdull · 25/06/2012 15:57

Left over loins. How is that possible? they are tiny.
I always reheat leftover pork. We seldom have any left overs. We are all still alive.

DharmaBumpkin · 25/06/2012 15:59

Chop it & put it in a quiche.... Yum.

SpottyTeacakes · 25/06/2012 15:59

Grin I shall be doing this from now on as all of your suggestions for the op sound yummy!

ceeveebee · 25/06/2012 16:00

Pitta breads with pork, red onion, spinach, cucumber and creme fraiche, with a salad and maybe chips if hungry

Frontpaw · 25/06/2012 16:05

Slice it thinly and layer in a pyrex dish and slosh over some gravy (Bisto will do). Layer on thin slices of potato and onion slices, then dot with butter and bake. Yummity tum.

Would also be good in a sandwich (not dinner really).

We had wraps with pulled roast pork, sweet chilli sauce and cherry tomatoes today. Delicious

sayanything · 25/06/2012 19:37

The best toasted sandwich ever: pork, halloumi and tomatoes. If I hadn't eaten a vat of risotto, I'd be drooling - as it is, I can't move I'm so full.

Ooh loads of great ideas here, thanks all! In the end we just had it with bubble and squeak because I didn't get around to sorting dinner until late but I am going to try and remember these ideas for next time.

whats4teamum · 28/06/2012 22:05
