Anyone recommend any good recipes for a 17month old?

Hey everyone, feel like I cook the same foods over and over again, and would like to learn to cook a few more recipes for my son to try. As any normal 17month old is he can be quite fussy every now and again!, so don't want to waste too much on expensive ingredients.

Any suggestions would be greatful, thanks! :)

Cheesy baked potatoes go down well with my twins: (bake potato, scoop out and mash with cheese, put back into shell, grill) as they can pick them up if I do small potatoes.
Interested in any of yours recipes - share your usuals!

Thank-you, will try doing smaller potatoes, think they would go down well! My DS loves casseroles actually he would probably eat them all the time! Especially beef, cooked in the slow cooker all day :)

Pretty much anything you would eat, yourself. But be aware of salt content.
