Yum. Eat it. Grin

No really, have a search for Two Traybakes on here, MmeLindors recipes I believe. Both call for half a tin of condensed milk and are delish. And chocolate and digestives if you've got them.

Or just eat it. Grin

OR melt some dark sugar with some butter, then add your half tin of condensed milk, gently boil it for min or two, voila, a fab fudge/ caramel sauce, amazing hot over ice cream but very naughty!!!

Ooh, sounds good but nothing to pour it on! Must remember that for next time!

Here it is. Mind you nannycook's recipe sounds lovely too.

believe me it is, i make caramel squares or otherwise known as ( millionaires shortbread) using shortbread on the base, then make the caramel, cool slightly, then pour on biscuit base, put in the fridge to set, then melt dark or milk chocolate whatever you prefer, pour over the top, leave to set but cut into squares befor it gets to hard, yum yum yum.

Or even better because i have a terrible sweet tooth, just get a large spoon and dig in!!

Ambrosius · 22/06/2012 13:59

Thanks! Just have to decide which one to do today!
