Does anybody have a Meringue shell in the cupboard pls can you tell me what it weighs?

I am in Italy and they don't sell meringue shells, I have looked on Tescos and Sainsburgers and it doesn't give the weights . I can get small meringues here but no idea in what quantity to use. Also I have seen big / small ones boxes of 6 and 12..so any help appreciated !
