fish pie freezes really well (i freeze it before the final blast in the oven IYSWIM)
thai chicken curry keeps a couple of days in the fridge.

but there are literally thousands of soups

spinach and feta or butternut and onion filo parcels hold up well in the freezer

curries: our freezer staple is a lentil dahl that gets razzed up with grilled aubergines, or fresh spinach, or peppers or cauli

chicken or fish pie mix to be topped with pastry or mash at the other end

coq au vin or beef stew

never bother with puddings mid week - fruit and/or yoghurt only here. puddings are for weekends!

Make cookie dough and freeze in small quantities to make a few cookies at a time.
Sicky toffee pudding
buy value mixed berries to swirl into plain yogurt or icecream

Cottage pie
poach chicken breasts that can be chopped when defrosted for pies/pasta sauces/curry/chicken tonight sauces

YY to all the above,
plus things like rashers of bacon wrapped in 2s or 3s for carbonara (lazy style, no cream)(or bacon sarnies of a weekend)
sausage casserole (passata and lentils a la Nigel S)
left overs that will be a meal for one if only one requires it
half of most everything I cook - I do double most nights, then freeze
duck legs - know tis not exactly as you asked, but find Waitrose often have them on offer, so when they do buy them plus some pancakes, freeze both then have crispy duck on a weekend instead of a takeaway.

I am doing a spicy green bean curry, hot and sour aubergines and a veggie chilli on Sunday to see us through the next two weeks for cheap! Plus I make bread and freeze it as well as muffins for lunch and breakfasts. Fan lepatd did a great looking yogurt berry and barley cake in the guardian last week I'm going to try tomorrow.

Steak n ale pie
Pork/ham in cola
There's hundreds of curries
Sausages in mustardy gravy
Sausages in berry gravy

I really recommend 100 slow cooker recipes by Hamlyn

I like batch cooking and my freezer staples are:

Pasta sauces
curries
Pie filling ready to have pastry put on top
Leftover roast meat (pork, chicken) to add to things like make stir fries, risotto
Not very seasonal - casseroles or stews
Pizza bases ready for topping

I don't do puddings but picked up a good tip on here and now I chuck the black bananas rotting in the fruit bowl in the freezer (peel first) rather than the bin then when I have a few i make some banana bread or muffins
