Just made rhubarb and beetroot chutney with pomegranate molasses

Any ideas what it'll be nice with? Needed to use up some rhubarb!

I think cheese but my DH says scones. Either way it sounds very tasty - and pink!

It is delicious! Thank you for the ideas. I've tried it with goats cheese so far. Trying it with chicken this evening.

I adapted this recipe and used pomegranate molasses instead of rose syrup (didn't have the latter! Had an old bottle of pomegranate in from a flatmate years ago).
